Pak One Health Alliance (POHA) organized two days (September 8-9, 2021) “Consultative & Dissemination Workshop” on deploying One Health Event-Based Surveillance System in Punjab at Elites Hotel, Nathia Gali.

This workshop was inaugurated by
Prof. Dr. Javed Akram, Vice-Chancellor, University of Health Sciences.
Other participants such as Dr. Shahzad Ali Khan, Vice-Chancellor Health Services Academy, Isb,
Prof. Dr. Rana Muhammad Younis, Principal UVAS- Narowal,
Dr. Amjad, Advisor to Commissioner to Polio & Pandemics, Isb,
Dr. Shagufta Zareen, Program Director, Policy & Strategic Planning Unit, Primary and Secondary Healthcare, Lhr, Punjab,
And representatives from Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) Lahore and Brooke Pakistan.

Closing Remarks were delivered by Dr. Asif (Chief Health M/O PD&SI). While Dr. S. M. Mursalin (CEO-POHA) thanked the participants for attending this two days workshop
