Dr. Adnan did his PhD in Microbiology from the University of Karachi, Pakistan during 2010. His topic of dissertation was “Study of the mode of transmission and control of Helicobacter and Campylobacter infections in Karachi, Pakistan”. Currently Dr. Khan is serving as Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, University of Karachi, Pakistan. Prior to this he served as Visiting Scientist, Division of Experimental Therapeutics, Toronto General Research Institute, University Health Network, Toronto, ON, Canada Sep-Oct 2012, Visiting Scientist, Division of Immunology, International Institute of Infection and Immunity, Shantou, China June- July 2011, Visiting Faculty, Division of Immunology, International Institute of Infection and Immunity, Shantou, China June- July 2010 and Visiting Scientist Dipartmento di scienze biomediche, Universita di Sassari, Italy.
