He has graduated L.L.B. from University of Karachi in 1992, and achieved M.B.A (Finance) from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad in 1993. In 2007, he passed M.Phil from Federal Urdu University, Islamabad. He earned his PhD from Foundation University Islamabad in 2010. He accomplished special assignments; (i) Evidence Based Decision Making for District Managers” jointly organized by Ministry of Health, UNICEF & Merlin Islamabad (Feb-2007). (ii) Training workshop on Strengthening Governance, Civil Society Participation and partnerships within integrated national chemicals and Waste Management Program, jointly organized by UNITAR, Ministry of Environment, Islamabad (Dec-2006). (iii) Training course on “Gender Analysis/project preparation and appraisal” organized by Pakistan Institute of Development Economics Islamabad (Jun-2006) and (iv) GIS Application Training Workshop” jointly organized by World Food Program, National Health Management Information system Ministry of Health Islamabad (May-2005). He is affiliated with Pak One Health Alliance since its establishment in 2014-15 and participated in number of projects/assignments.
