Dr. Memon is a Public Health Physician, and had worked in the Department of Health – Sindh (1988-21). His last posting was as DGHS Hyderabad-Sindh. He has vast experience in the fields of Primary health care, public health and training, field job. He has extensively worked as Provincial Co­ordinator HMIS (health Management Information System for First. Level Care Facilities) in health department & MIS of Prime Minister program for Family Planning & Primary Health Care. He has rich experience of program implementation, preparation of PC-I, administrative procedures, supervision, monitoring, budgeting, report writing, evaluation of health programs etc. Dr. has rich experience of working as resource person and has imparted training to hundreds of Medics & Paramedics of health department in various fields of HMIS & PHC.
