Dr. Haider has an extensive experience of managerial roles at leading enterprises of Pakistan, UK and USA accumulating to 14 years altogether. Have always been an innovator and out of the box thinker with proven track record of successful projects under the belt. Many of these projects/ programs are applauded by local and international partners and media. Proven experience of managing larger teams and keeping them focused on the final delivery. Known for devising and completing many programs with development sector and donor agencies including World Bank, World Health Organisation, USAID and DFID. Understands government sector and have dealt at almost levels of bureaucracy and political leadership. Have led technological front for Punjab government in Dengue, Measles and Influenza emergencies of Punjab in the year 2011, 2013 and 2017 respectively. Recently engaged in designing IDSR for drought hit districts in Baluchistan and Sindh. Currently working as IT Advisor with the Ministry of National Health Services Regulation and Coordination, Islamabad. Dr. Saflain is associated with POHA as IT Consultant.
