He is senior government official and did course at Pakistan Command & Staff College, Quetta. He also earned a certificate on “Operational Research and Quantitative Techniques”. He has executive profile with 39 years’ experience. He is former DG (CRVS) NADRA. He has enjoyed other many key administrative positions. He has been in-charge of establishing birth and death registration system in the country called ‘Civil Registration and Vital Statistics’ (CRVS). He is core team member of Pak One Heath Alliance. He facilitated organization of POHA’s country wide survey on Emerging Infectious Diseases – especially Leishmania disease. He is national CRVS expert & member of National Steering Committee on CVRS. He has been member of Regional Steering Group UN ESCAP on CRVS. He has been involved in service delivery through identity management system. He has attended several national and international workshops, seminars and meetings. He has also contributed towards health issues and his work published in Asia Pacific Population Journal, 2014.
